項目概況:

仁懷市位于貴州省西北部,是享譽(yù)世界的“國酒茅臺”的故鄉,本項目位于貴州省仁懷市中樞區域,四面交通環(huán)繞  四大優(yōu)勢齊聚中心城區。

以商業(yè)Mall、步行街、優(yōu)質(zhì)教育平臺、酒店寫(xiě)字樓、院線(xiàn)、大型超市等城市綜合體元素帶動(dòng)北部區域商業(yè)、居住升級。

Business and residential upgrades in the northern region will be driven by elements of urban complexes such as commercial Mall, pedestrian street, high-quality education platform, hotel office buildings, hospital lines, and large supermarkets.

01.打造市民共同創(chuàng )富安居樂(lè )業(yè)的棚改平臺

02.以商業(yè)的植入帶動(dòng)棚戶(hù)區的改造,提升居住品質(zhì),借鑒貴陽(yáng)城市“三變”共享發(fā)展紅利,即“資源變資產(chǎn)、資金變股金、市民變股東”。
